Privacy policy

MindKite Labs is a trade name operated by its founding team and is currently in the process of company registration. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect personal information when you visit mindkitelabs.com or contact us.

1. Information we collect

• Information you send us: your name, email, phone number, organization name and the content of your message when you email us.
• Technical information: by default this website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. When the site runs Google Ads campaigns, it uses the Google tag (Google LLC) in Consent Mode: before you consent, the tag only sends cookieless signals (such as IP address, browser information and whether you clicked the contact email) so Google can estimate ad performance; only after you click “Accept” on the cookie banner may Google set advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., United States) and loads fonts from Google Fonts (Google LLC); these services receive your IP address and browser information when the page loads, under their own policies.

2. How we use it

• To respond to consulting inquiries and discuss our services.
• To prepare proposals and contracts when both parties agree to work together.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Sharing

Information is shared only with service providers we need to operate (Google Workspace email, GitHub Pages hosting, Google Fonts, and Google Ads if you accept advertising cookies), or when a competent authority requires it by law. Some of these providers operate servers abroad, so data may be transferred outside Vietnam.

4. Client data in projects

For organizational data provided during an engagement, we sign a confidentiality agreement before access, use only the minimum access needed, do not use that data to train external AI models, and delete or return the data at the end of the contract as agreed.

5. Retention

Contact information is kept for as long as needed for the purposes above, or longer if required by law.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw your consent to processing, in accordance with Vietnamese personal data protection law. Send your request to the email below and we will respond within the statutory time limit.

7. Security

This website is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
