Terms of Use

The game is made by MindKite Labs and published on the App Store by An Tran (“we”, “us”). By installing or playing the game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. The game, its story, art, music and code belong to us or our licensors. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies to the iOS version.

Age

Players under 13 may play only in a private mode (no shop, no ads, no accounts) described in the Privacy Policy. Accounts, purchases through our servers and ads are for players 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please ask a parent or guardian before buying anything.

Purchases and ads

The game is free. Optional purchases are candle packs (used for hints) and "No ads". Prices are shown in the store before you pay.
Candles are virtual items with no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged. They are tied to your save.
Payments and refunds are handled by Apple (or Google Play). Request refunds from the store. If a purchase is refunded, we may remove the item.
Watching a rewarded ad is always optional. No part of the story is locked behind a timer or an energy meter.

Accounts

Signing in is optional. You are responsible for your sign-in provider account. You can delete your game account any time in Settings, "Delete account".

Acceptable use

Do not cheat the purchase or save systems, reverse engineer the game, attack or overload our servers, or use the game unlawfully. We may suspend access to online features for abuse.

Disclaimer and liability

The game is provided "as is", without warranties. We try to keep it running and your progress safe, but cannot promise uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
